We are committed to providing the best possible
prices to our customers. If you find a legitimate online store
offering a lower price than us, submit a price match request and
we will attempt to beat their price to your satisfaction. Please
see the terms below. To submit a price match, please follow
these directions:
- Click into any product information page.
- Click on the "Price Match" button, located just below
the item's picture, and fill out the form in the Price Match
window. Please make sure the link you provide to the
competitor's site is a direct link to the item, rather than
the front page of the competitor's site; also, please make
sure any shipping costs the competitor may charge are
included in "their price."
- Click the "Send" button to submit the price match form.
- We will review your price match request. If we are
able to beat the price, we will send you a code to be
entered into the discount field at checkout.
- Price Matches are not retroactive. If you have
already placed an order, we will not go back and price
match.
Terms:
The item you are price matching must be the exact item sold
through Woodsball.net. The items must be brand new and in
stock at our competitor's website. Any shipping charges added by
our competitor's website are considered part of the price of the
item. For example, if our item listed is $200 with free shipping
and their item is listed at $190 with a $10 shipping charge,
their price and our price are considered the same.
We will not match any prices on items listed in
"matrix," "pyramid," or "ladder" schemes. We will attempt to
match eBay "Buy It Now" auctions as long as the item is brand
new and factory-warrantied (no used, refurbished or
remanufactured items will be matched). Please note that shipping
costs must also be included in the price match for eBay "Buy It
Now" auctions.
In some cases, we may need to contact our
competitor to ensure that the item is in stock and that all
terms are met; if this is the case, we will contact them and
respond to you once we have verified all necessary information.
Please note that Woodsball.net reserves the right to refuse
a price match for any reason.
Privacy Policy
Woodsball.net takes your privacy very
seriously. We are dedicated to protecting all of your personal
information and take precautions to secure your account
information.
Woodsball.net appreciates your trust and
will not share or sell this information with companies not
affiliated with ours. Woodsball.net will only share the

Shipping Errors
Woodsball.net will make mistakes. Although we work very
hard to prevent errors when filling orders, the very fact that
we employ human beings to pick, pack and ship orders makes
errors unavoidable. When we do ship the wrong product to you or
fail to ship a product in a package, our procedure and policy
for resolving the problem is as follows. Woodsball.net will
verify that an item has been left out of a package by repacking
the original order and comparing what the weight should have
been to the actual weight shipped. If we can clearly see that an
item was left out of the box, we will ship the item to you at no
charge using the same shipping method that was originally used
on the original order. We will gladly upgrade your service to
ensure that it makes it to you on a specific date if you are
willing to pay the difference in shipping costs between the new
shipping method and the original shipping method.

Woodsball.net shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Woodsball.net shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already been
charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,
Woodsball.net shall immediately issue a credit to your
credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order
confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor
does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Woodsball.net reserves the right at any time after receipt
of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Woodsball.net reserves the right at any time after receipt
of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than
the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over
$500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable
method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud
avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or
information before accepting any order.
Sales Taxes
Woodsball.net shall automatically charge and withhold the
applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses
within Connecticut. Each customer shall be solely responsible
for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any
other state or country.
Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made
directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and
conditions.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against
Woodsball.net shall be governed by the laws of the State of
Connecticut without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any
litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the
Woodsball.net sites shall be an appropriate federal or
state court located in New London County Connecticut.

Shipping
Most items ship within 1 to 2 business
days.
Shipping
could be delayed if item is not in stock or customer has merchandise
shipped to an address not matching the
customer's billing address.
Overnight/Express/2-Day shipments will only be
made to the customer's billing address.
Woodsball.net
is NOT a shipping company. We
can make no guarantee on shipping times and all
shipping is provided to our customers as an
estimate only for convenience. Shipping charges
are non-refundable on all shipments for this
reason. All shipping charges are non-refundable
under any circumstance, unless incorrect items
are shipped by Woodsball.net.
Shipping company used will be at
Woodsball.net's discretion. Shipping
choices are provided as a matter of convenience,
but may be substituted for a similar service by
another company. Some items may be shipped
separately and some items may ship directly from
the manufacturer or distributor. In the
event that an item from your order is shipped
directly from the manufacturer, the shipping
method may differ.
Due to
high demand some products may take longer to
ship. We stock 99.9% of our merchandise at
Woodsball.net, unlike most other online
woodsball dealers (no other dealer stocks more
than 50%), but due to current demand, it is not
always possible to have all items on hand.
Items
not in stock may be substituted for like items
but only with buyer's pre-approval. Items
not pre-approved for substitution will be placed
on back-order. Customers not wanting items after
being placed on back-order must contact us for a
refund. Backordered items, if part of your
order has previously shipped, will be shipped
the method of our choice when they arrive,
unless you would like to pay for an additional
shipping method. We will not charge you if
we choose (typically USPS Priority or UPS
Ground).
All items are shipped insured, most items are
shipped with signature confirmation required.
This is to protect you the customer.
IInternational shipments are at the customer's
expense and cannot be guaranteed.
Woodsball.net will not be held liable for
any lost shipments and cannot refund money if
this occurs. If customs seizes your item,
and returns your products to Woodsball.net,
we will refund the cost of the products only, we
will not pay any custom fees or refund shipping
costs. Make sure you are aware of your
countries laws regarding paintball merchandise
prior to order, it is your responsibility, not
ours.
Shipments to an APO cannot be completely
tracked. This prohibits our ability to properly
track and insure shipments. All shipments will
have Delivery Confirmation. When shipments are
entered into the military postal system they are
considered delivered and Woodsball.net will
not be responsible beyond the delivery to the
military postal system.
RETURNS
All
returned items must be unopened and approved.
All returned items must obtain a RMA # BEFORE
being sent back to Woodsball.net. The RMA #
must be written on the outside of the shipping
box, not actual merchandise box. Items returned
without an RMA # will be refused. Return
shipping costs must be paid by customer.
Woodsball.net will not accept merchandise
sent Postage Due. A 20% Restocking fee
will be charged on returned merchandise.
Absolutely NO RETURNS on markers. Your
marker comes with a factory warranty. You
must contact the manufacturer directly (most
numbers are provided below). We will
assist you in working with the manufacturer if
necessary. Do not send your marker back to
us, it will be returned to you at your cost,
Return to Sender. There are no exceptions.
Any
merchandise returned by the shipping company as
"Unclaimed," "Unknown," "Moved," or any other
reason, will result in an automatic 80% refund
of the purchase price to the customer.
Shipping costs are not refunded under any
circumstances.
REFUNDS
To
qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned
in their original condition, including the
original packaging and containers,
documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all
accessories. Do not mark or deface original
manufacturer containers in any manner. We are
unable to accept returns if packaging is not in
its original condition.
All returns and refunds
are only accepted on merchandise that has NOT
HAD any attempt to open, use, wear, fire,
modify, unpackage, gas-up, test, etc.
All
approved refund transactions (does not include
markers) can only be refunded in the first
30 days after transaction has taken place. All Paypal refunds requested after the first 30 days
will be assessed a 5% fee. (PayPal transaction
fee).
All
refunds will be processed only after original
merchandise has returned to Woodsball.net in new, undamaged resaleable
condition.
Warranty and Repairs
All defective products must be dealt with by
claiming your warranty through the manufacturer
of the respective product.
Woodsball.net is
not an authorized warranty repair service shop.
